About Island Gold District: Alamos Gold’s Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada. With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa. Through ongoing exploration success, Island Gold District’s Mineral Reserves and Resources have continued to grow in size and quality. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Review workers' daily work cards and timesheet entries in Thrive.
2. Collaborate with the payroll department at the conclusion of each pay period to finalize timesheet entries and rectify any errors.
3. Prepare weekly schedules.
4. Ensure necessary bunkhouse rooms are reserved on a weekly basis.
5. Work with SAP daily; managing material orders, reservations, invoice payments, and various other responsibilities.
6. Prepare various necessary reports on a bi-weekly and monthly basis for management.
7. Enter all data related to safety discussions or reviews with all crews (Safety Huddles).
8. Ensure the proper upkeep of the mining department's coveralls.
9. Assign, track, and manage each locker on-site for employees and contractors.
10. Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for the new employees during their initial days on-site.
11. Oversee and coordinate new contractors coming to site for underground operations.
12. Create and update files as needed.
13. All other duties as assigned.
14. Employee relations.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

1. Advanced computer skills are required. Specifically, Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent time management and organization skills including ability to prioritize.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. A highly organized, motivated, self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision.

Rotation:

1. 4 on, 3 off (Monday - Thursday).
