Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we currently have a permanent opportunity for a Clerk, Pricing to join our Merchandising team based out of our offices in Mississauga, Stellarton, Calgary, Dartmouth and Edmonton.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Support Category Merchant teams and category planning process with suggested regular retails that maintain retail margin expectation, market competitiveness and business pricing rules
- Support with the Strategic Pricing portfolio of services provided
- Be a team player and trusted colleague of the vast Merchandising support services team
- Provide retail reports consistent with current format and alignment to Category Merchant teams
- Maintain current retail strategy and retail family grouping functionality
- Support end to end retail execution
- Support store retail concerns and questions, via Sales Force Service Cloud Tool, with investigation and required action for all effected stores and banners
- Conduct basic business analysis within retail reports, such as; retail audits, cost change reports, promotional overlaps review, retail price families
What you have to offer:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience developing and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with SAP is preferred
- Bilingual is an asset
