Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Clerk/Cashier at our Wine, Spirits, and Beer location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
2. Provide Legendary Service through various communication channels.
3. Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age-restricted items.
4. Maintain a clean and well-merchandised area including dusting displays, washing shelves and bottles, sweeping, mopping, and exterior cleaning.
5. Suggestively sell wine, spirits, beer, and in-store peripheral products.
6. Receive, stock, display, and rotate liquor merchandise, stock beer coolers, and set up displays.
7. Operate point of sale and other electronic systems.
8. Ensure safety and asset protection are held as the highest priority.
9. Perform opening and closing procedures and other duties as assigned.
10. Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect.

Minimum Requirements:

1. You must be 19+ years of age; liquor industry and retail sales experience are preferred.
2. You possess Serve It Right Certification, or are willing to obtain it.
3. You possess the ability to lift and load products: extensive physical labour is required.
