Student Support Services (Lord Roberts Office Location)
Under the supervision of the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Support Services and the direction of the Director of Student Support Services, the clerk is responsible for switchboard and reception duties for Student Support Services, data management and input for the divisional specialized equipment inventory, support the SSS and CSS Team with Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) iPad (and other devices) inventory, liaising and supporting WSD Transportation Department with student specific transportation requests and needs, support for the division-wide Student Support Services team comprised of 14 Support Teachers and 24 Educational Assistants, clerical support for the Churchill/ Grant Park Family of Schools Interdisciplinary Team (located at Lord Roberts), and performing various other duties as required.
