Job description

A growing national auto parts delivery company is looking for a Key Account Manager to support several clients.

The individual will be the face of the company, serving as the liaison between the company and the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a pool of drivers to support parts delivery.
  2. Recruit and mentor drivers to meet the needs of the clients.
  3. Maintain contact with clients on a regular basis to address needs.
  4. Daily record keeping.

  1. Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude, “never say no to the customer!”
  2. Exceptional organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  4. Proven reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
  5. A self-starting attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  6. 1-3 years of experience in the logistics industry (preferred).
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook and Excel).
