Redstone Commodity Search is working with a global brokerage looking to hire a Cleared OTC Derivatives Agricultural Broker to join the team in Miami.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop tailored OTC strategies for agricultural commodities based on client risk management needs.
• Execute trades on cleared platforms, following regulations and internal risk protocols.
• Utilise your transferable book to contribute to revenue generation and business expansion.
• Build strong client relationships, collaborating with teams for holistic solutions.
• Role reports to Head of Derivatives.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cleared OTC derivatives sales, specialising in agricultural commodities.
• Strong grasp of agricultural markets and supply/demand factors.
• Established network, proficiency in trading platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in Miami, Florida / readiness to relocate.
