Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team on an on-call, part-time basis. This role offers flexibility and the potential for increased hours and responsibilities as the business grows. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ spaces are spotless and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
3. Organize and tidy spaces, ensuring all items are in their designated places.
4. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively, following company guidelines.
5. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
7. Follow specific cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thoroughness.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
2. Must be criminal record-free.
3. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
