The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and will be responsible for completing pre-delivery lists before handing over a new home to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Dust cabinetry and vacuum carpeting and area rugs.
2. Stock other supplies.
3. Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
4. Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
5. Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
6. Remove construction debris from (inside & outside) job sites.
7. Complete unit inspections.
8. Report and store materials and tools for cleaning.
9. Provide basic information on job sites.
10. Handle complaints.
