About Us:

At Elite Cleaning Services, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality cleaning and property management solutions. With over a decade of experience, we specialize in residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning, landscaping, and property management services across Windsor-Essex County and Michigan.

As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking 2 experienced cleaners in Windsor and 2 in Michigan to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, and up to company standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client premises.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Must be bondable (able to pass a background check).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites in Windsor-Essex County or Michigan.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

We offer competitive salaries aligned with industry standards in both regions:

• Windsor-Essex County: The average hourly wage for cleaners is approximately $19.07, with a typical range between $17.20 and $25.00.
• Michigan: The average hourly wage for house cleaners is around $19.60 per hour, with most earnings ranging from $14.27 to $26.91 per hour.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and specific job responsibilities.

Tentative Start Date: We are looking for successful candidates to begin by the 2nd week of January 2024.
