Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Paralegal for our Class Actions department in our Vancouver office. This position will require you to support our Class Actions department.

• 2-5 years’ experience supporting a litigation practice
• Post-secondary Paralegal education
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be proactive and follow through
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines
• Strong client service skills
• Above average keyboarding/computer skills (primarily Word and Outlook)
• Creating and filing Court documents (including, in particular, pleadings, complex application records, and written submissions)
• Research
• Administrative tasks including picking up mail, sending and receiving couriers, reception duties
• Requesting, organizing, and reviewing records
• Communication with clients
