Salary: $80,000-95,000+ (Intermediate), $110,000-130,000 (Senior)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in structural and bridge preliminary design and engineering proposals and recommendations.
- Support ongoing and upcoming projects, conducting site inspections, and feasibility studies.
- Create and prepare project estimates, proposals, budget, project schedule plan, and execution strategy.
- Engage in the project management process. Monitor projects for adherence to timelines and budgets, notify relevant parties of updates.
- Review work of and provide mentorship and coaching to Junior Engineers and EITs.
- When assigned, sign and stamp drawings and reports.
- Documentation preparation and writing, technical reports, specifications, municipal submissions, and technical proposals.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties, government agencies, contractors, and customers.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong knowledge of conveyance structures and materials, flow structure, and water retention.
- Advanced communication skills, ability to convey ideas and comments in a concise and professional manner verbally and in writing.
- High attention to detail.
- 5-10 years of relevant industry-related experience is strongly preferred.
- Formal education in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- P.Eng, licensed by PEO is mandatory.
- Valid license, ability to travel and visit project sites within Ontario.
- MS Office proficiency.
