Position Overview

We are seeking an intermediate Civil Engineer for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor, manage projects, and support our clients with expert guidance from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop preliminary and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, and sewers.
2. Prepare design briefs, technical reports, and contract documentation.
3. Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and technologists, supporting their growth and development.
4. Lead the construction administration phase, ensuring project goals and standards are met.
5. Manage projects, serving as a primary client contact to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
6. Oversee civil construction activities, providing sign-off as the Engineer In Charge.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Professional Engineer designation in British Columbia (or eligibility for registration)
2. A strong technical foundation with 4+ years of experience in municipal, transportation, or land development engineering
3. Valid BC driver’s license
