Experience: 5 years or more or equivalent experience

Tasks

  1. Direct and control daily operations
  2. Direct staff
  3. Evaluate daily operations
  4. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  5. Plan and organize daily operations
  6. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  7. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  8. Oversee development of communication strategies
  9. Oversee the preparation of reports
  10. Advise senior management
  11. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  12. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  13. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  14. Recruit and hire staff
  15. Conduct performance reviews
  16. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
