We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on COO to lead our food manufacturing operations. If you have a strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and process optimization—and you're excited about driving long-term growth—we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage Daily Operations: Ensure our facilities run smoothly, safely, and in line with industry regulations.
• Lead Diverse Teams: Oversee production, quality, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Implement cost-saving measures, reduce waste, expand capacity, and optimize processes.
• Ensure Quality & Safety: Develop robust food safety and quality protocols (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.) to keep us compliant and top-notch.
• Monitor Performance: Set and track KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute our long-term growth plan.
• Mentor & Cultivate Talent: Provide leadership and guidance to senior managers and staff.
• Oversee Budgeting: Manage financial planning and cost control to boost profitability.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership within food manufacturing (e.g., COO, VP of Operations).
• Expertise: Deep understanding of food manufacturing processes, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Leadership: A proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
• Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting and cost management skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP systems, and data analytics.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
