Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcer and Head Hunter

You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Security divisions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role requires a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector and a relevant degree. You will have in-depth knowledge of production management, financial principles, procurement, contract management, and a strong understanding of project management, sales, and marketing.

You must demonstrate advanced leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise equipment utilisation and maintain high service levels. Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to operational strategy are essential. You will be a results-driven leader with a balance of people and task orientation, capable of driving accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee compliance with ISO, OHSACT, and other regulatory frameworks while implementing effective asset management and risk mitigation strategies. A key aspect of this role is leading a high-performing team, developing succession plans, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support business growth and long-term sustainability.
