As our current Chief Information Officer (CIO) prepares for retirement, we are seeking his successor into the role of AFSC’s Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO), who will be a visionary leader to drive AFSC’s digital transformation and optimize technology strategies to enhance service delivery across the company. Reporting to the CEO as a key member of the executive team, the CIDO will advance AFSC’s strategic objectives to grow and sustain Alberta's agriculture sector. This leader will embrace our core values—People are our foundation, Clients are our focus, and Excellence is our aspiration—by nurturing a people-centric culture, fostering a digital-first mindset, and leading initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations. Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in digital leadership, with a proven track record of driving transformation within complex organizations. You have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Government of Alberta, and align technology initiatives with AFSC’s long-term goals.
