The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization. The CFO reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the organization's goals. The CFO also oversees the accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
Preparing financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
Managing the organization's cash flow and investments
Providing financial advice to the CEO and other senior management
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA, CGA, CMA, or other professional accounting designation
10-12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-family housing setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
