What We Need
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial leadership, operational oversight, and strategic insights to guide the company through its growth journey. This CFO will need to balance a high-level strategy with day-to-day financial management, and an emphasis on growth, scalability, and innovation.

The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial health, developing scalable financial infrastructure, and supporting business decisions with accurate data and financial analysis. You will work closely with our CEO and the entire executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations that will steer NetBrain towards further growth.
What You'll Do
- You will lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, capital management, and growth opportunities.
- Design and implement financial models that support scaling operations, product development, and market expansion.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Implement processes and systems to improve financial visibility and control across the company.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards, including US GAAP.
- Manage the company's liquidity, cash flow, and investment strategies to support operational growth and financial stability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support aggressive growth targets, including expansion into new markets and product lines.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to scaling the business, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Establish and manage scalable financial infrastructure and internal controls to support rapid expansion.
- Leverage financial technologies and data-driven tools to streamline finance operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive process improvements.
- Partner with the product and engineering teams to assess and optimize the financial impact of new technologies and software investments.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a software or technology company.
- Proven track record of managing financial strategy, operations, and capital in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of software business models, including SaaS, subscription models, and revenue recognition rules.
- Experience with scaling companies.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire a finance team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights and strategies to non-financial stakeholders and investors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage competing priorities.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $270,000 - $350,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
