Developer - Ruby on Rails

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
2. Establish work schedules and procedures
3. Examine and verify the accuracy of work
4. Prepare and submit reports
5. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
6. Conduct performance reviews
7. Perform same duties as workers supervised
8. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
9. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
