Chief Estimator

This is a full-time on-site Chief Estimator role located in Kamloops, BC. The Chief Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating project costs, analyzing bid documents, coordinating with subcontractors, and preparing accurate estimates for industrial construction projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in industrial construction estimating
• Knowledge of crane operations
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
