Job Title: Chief Chemist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chief Chemist to join our client, a well-established manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, formulate, test, and improve rubber compounds to meet specific product and industry requirements.
2. Design and develop new rubber formulations tailored to meet customer specifications, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

1. Material science and processing techniques.
2. Rubber chemistry and elastomer technology.
3. Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, vulcanization, and reinforcement techniques.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in rubber formulation and processing in a manufacturing or research environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Manage lab testing, reporting, and quality documentation.
2. Administer projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Research new materials and ingredients for alternative uses.
