Cherry Picker Forklift Operator – $25/hour

Our client is looking for Forklift Operators to help unload containers and build orders of baby products here in Milton! This is a lighter weight job working with great people who will train you to be the best you can be.

You must have at least 2+ years of experience on Order Picker and Counter Balance.

Will be an asset if you have experience or licenses on Swing/Turret, Walkie, Sit Down.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
2. Unload containers and trucks as necessary. Build proper and safe pallets for put away.
3. Clear production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.
4. Work with crews that empty containers and responsible for the training of same.
5. Responsible for the counting and verifying of all inbound freight.
6. Responsible for putting stock away and bringing stock down. Assist with maintaining lot control.
7. Pick and fulfill customer orders according to pick sheet directions.

What are the requirements?

1. You must be able to lift up to 50lbs, though that will be rare and you will be lifting 20-30lbs most of the time.
2. You must have experience on Order Picker, Counter Balance, Swing Reach, Sit Down, and Walkie Forklifts.
3. You must have at least some warehouse experience as well.

This position pays $23.50/hour and is scheduled 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday-Friday each week.
