What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage work allocation, staff development, and performance appraisals for Clinical Research Associates
2. Participate in capacity planning, reporting on current manpower, and forecasting resource needs
3. Ensure consistency of processes and protocol implementation across the country
4. Interact with clinical trial sites to resolve operational issues in a timely manner
5. Provide training, support, and mentoring to Clinical Research Associates to promote continuous development

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience monitoring clinical trials as a Clinical Research Associate
3. Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
4. Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences
5. Fluent in French (verbal and written)

1. Advanced degree with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology
2. Proven history of strong performance in a clinical research environment
3. Expertise in core trial management systems and tools
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict management abilities
5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external customers such as sites and investigators
