OVERVIEW
The Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting the resort's culinary team. The primary duty of the CDP is to prepare high-quality food to order for guests based on established guidelines, keep the work area clean and organized, and conduct him or herself in a positive professional manner. As a leader in our Culinary Department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, coordination, and communication in all areas when on duty, taking initiative and being a positive role model.
