Brand Manager/Sr. Brand Manager Breast & Biosimilars
Role Purpose:
The Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager is an important role that helps maintain Pfizer’s strong commitment to breast cancer by supporting the strategy and execution of our breast cancer portfolio. The role also includes responsibility for our oncology biosimilars, helping improve patient access to important cancer treatments. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in both innovative and value-based oncology solutions, working with cross-functional teams to help deliver better outcomes for patients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead the collaboration, communication and alignment of the cross functional team including medical, sales, access, customer learning, communications, regulatory, supply chain management, corporate affairs, etc.
- Planning/Development and Implementation: Lead brand planning process and champion the implementation of tactical plans to realize brands’ business objectives.
- Patient Support Program: Work with the Patient Support Program Manager to ensure program continues to bring value and meet the needs of patients.
- Monitoring and Control: Monitor performance and appropriate KPIs across functions and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address gaps.
- Budget Management: Own full responsibility and accountability of portfolio OPEX.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration, communication and alignment between internal stakeholders including local, regional and global colleagues.
- External Stakeholder Management: Partner with external stakeholders to understand the Oncology environment and develop product/portfolio value proposition tailored to patient and health care professional needs.
- Demonstrates Pfizer Values and Leadership Behaviors: including strict adherence to Pfizer policy and procedure as well as the Innovative Medicines code.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business; Graduate studies in Management is an asset.
- A minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Oncology experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, and strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Successful development and implementation of a business plan.
- P&L management skills, solid decision-making skills, ability to work on multiple and often diverse areas and to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and lead without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with field-based colleagues (field force, field medical, field access).
- Strong customer focus as demonstrated by a keen ability to identify customer insights and take appropriate action.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage suppliers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingualism (French and English) - the incumbent must be able to communicate well in English, as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.
- Computer skills proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The annual base salary for the Level I ranges from 92,100.00 CAD to 153,500.00 CAD.
The annual base salary for the Level II level ranges from 107,400.00 to 179,000.00 CAD.
The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
Note: Grade level will be determined upon hire and will be based on relevant and/or industry experience.
