Server

The Server defines services for our customers by taking and delivering food orders.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Confirms daily specials and provides detailed information on ingredients as required.
• Records clients’ choices and relays them to the kitchen.
• Recalls orders accurately and delivers correct food items to clients.
• Graciously and unobtrusively ensures client satisfaction with meals.
• Ensures that clients know about new items on the menu.
• Recommends wine and beverage pairings with the assistance of the bartender.
• Recommends side dishes to complement main courses.
• Up-sells beverages, coffees, and desserts as appropriate.
• Handles all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager / Executive Chef.
• Complies with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

The ideal candidate:

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
