Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a leading bank in Downtown Toronto. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of the regulatory changes. It involves developing, implementing, and executing change management strategies, engaging with advisors from the bottom up, and ensuring awareness and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct change impact discovery assessments.
  2. Collaborate with program SMEs to understand the implications of changes.
  3. Host project calls and change impact sessions.
  4. Interact with end users and engage senior leadership.
  5. Transition into the execution stage, delivering workshops, roadshows, and leadership meetings.
  6. Develop and execute tactical plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in change management.
  2. Banking experience.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create strong presentations and decks.
  4. Familiarity with PCM (People Change Management) methodologies and tactics.
  5. Certifications in Prosci methodology (ADKAR model).
  6. Experience with Jira and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in mutual funds, investment statements, and working with advisors.
