Job description

Client Human Capital Management (HCM) Department is undergoing a transformation to future-proof the workforce, modernize employee experience, and enhance processes and systems. The Change Manager will support the HCM Management team by providing project management and change management expertise during this critical period. This role will be part of the HCM COO Team, responsible for centralized oversight and delivery of all change management activities for large-scale divisional projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide change management support on global initiatives to transform HCM operations
  2. Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to make strategic recommendations on change approach, including engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live support
  3. Assist Project Leads in distilling complex information into digestible and meaningful content, including executive talking points and PowerPoint presentations
  4. Prepare and support Change Management Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including internal HCM teams and client business units/divisions
  5. Support team members and change champions across multiple teams and locations
  6. Ensure a consistent change management approach across regional projects, while tailoring for individual project needs
  7. Lead administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshops

Required Qualifications:

  1. Strong change management and project management expertise
  2. University degree and/or 2-4+ years of experience in Change Management or Project Management
  3. Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members at all levels
  5. Ability to navigate uncertainties in a dynamic and evolving organization
  6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment
  7. Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
  8. Strong business writing skills
  9. Effective organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities
