Maternity Leave Contract
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Change Management, Prototype, & Service Administrator. The individual will be a team member responsible for maintaining, tracking, and enforcing proper use of the Change Management Process. The Administrator will be required to complete various tasks associated with Change Management such as generating reports, updating standard documents, communicating with numerous team members, hosting CM meetings, and policing the overall system. Process or document improvement suggestions are encouraged based on daily experiences & associated findings.
Duties
- Oversee the Change Management Process by assisting individuals through the CCR creation, approval, and implementation process.
- Keep track of the Prototype log, support with documentation and set-up shipments.
- Manage the Proto Quote tracker by following up on RFQs and responding to WebQuote and addressing any pricing discrepancies.
- Service part quoting in Ariba, PO tracking and distribution, part number and price entry in Xena.
- Fulfill service part orders by coordinating the build with the affected Plants and/or Prototype Department, support with documentation and logistics.
- Determine build-out plans for service part bank for program EOL & coordinate build with the affected plants.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Assist in communication and coordination between departments and external parties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administrative, Data Management or Clerical role required.
- Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering encouraged but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting complex information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Project is a bonus.
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong initiative.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a change management context is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
