POSITION SUMMARY

HomeEquity Bank is embarking on an exciting journey to implement Workday as our new ERP system. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition that aligns with our strategic goals and enhances our organizational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management professional to support this initiative.

As the Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in facilitating the adoption of Workday across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess impacts, develop the change management strategy, and ensure that our teams are prepared for the transition.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

Key accountabilities of this position include:

  • Assessing the scope and impact of business changes, by working with stakeholders to refine the change roadmap for implementation.
  • Design and perform post-implementation support and sustainment activities, including tracking of KPIs to assess adoption of the new ways of working.
  • Implement stakeholder engagement and communications roadmap. Actively engage stakeholders and leaders with planning and creating change and communications roadmap, ensuring an inclusive approach and buy-in.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan that includes communication, training, and support strategies.
  • Work with Training partners to design and ensure training curriculum is effective and appropriate modalities are selected. Ensure stakeholders are involved in planning phase of training material to ensure successful adoption.
  • Provide change-related consultation to clients, including assessing change readiness, developing change plans, and coaching leaders throughout change processes.
  • Work with the Workday program team to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Ensure that the vision of the Workday initiative is maintained and understood throughout change initiatives and that leaders are thoroughly involved and guide their teams throughout the change.
  • Promote a positive work culture, act as a change leader, and invest in professional development through coaching and performance management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during the design and development of curriculum, supporting the development of effective and interactive learning.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in organizational change management, particularly in ERP implementations (Workday experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • University degree or college diploma preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Org Development, Communications, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end change initiatives from initiation to sustaining and adoption.
