Change Management Consultant
Job description
Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Analysis and development of business "critical success factors"
- Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training
- Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
- Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities
- Contributing to organizational realignment, including job redesign and organizational restructuring
- Coordinating development of training and working with other stakeholders
- Creating presentations, presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions
Experience levels we are currently hiring For:
Level 1: Less than 5 years of experience
Level 2: 5 to 10 years of experience
Level 3: 10 or more years of experience
Skills Required:
- Change Management: 4+ years of experience
- PROSCI Change Management Certification
- Change Management for Technology Adoption
- Strategic Change
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within Fintech/ consulting space.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certifications in change management are highly desirable (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
- Bilingual – Conversational (French/English)
