The Opportunity

Are you a customer-focused team player with experience in release management processes? We have a 12-month term position for a Change Management Analyst. In this role, you ensure that the release management workflows and processes meet all requirements and are implemented effectively. You facilitate the release management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, planning, evaluating releases for risk, reviewing impact analysis, and collecting approvals. You ensure that release management processes are integrated and effectively implemented as part of stakeholders' daily release management activities. You also facilitate the release management training and awareness program, ensuring that Project Managers and other stakeholders are aware of policies, procedures, and standards.

What you bring to the team

You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or an IT-related discipline. Certifications in ITIL and COBIT would be considered assets. You have knowledge and experience with release management processes and procedures in an IT environment. You also have experience with iterative delivery methodologies - DevOps, Agile, or similar, in addition to experience with automated software builds and testing. You are proficient in MS Office products. ITSM application experience would be an asset.
