Location: CHANEL Counter located at Shoppers Drug Mart, Okotoks

Reports to: Territory Manager
Contract: Full-time and permanent position

Your role @Chanel:

As a Counter Manager, you will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store.

You will generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and relate to customer needs ensuring repeat sales and loyal customers.

What you will bring to the role:

  1. You will provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
  2. You will extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations.
  3. You will use your selling skills that relate to customer needs.
  4. You will achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account.
  5. You will increase the customer base and build business for the future.
  6. You will build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
