Education and Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a social service or charity agency.

Hybrid Work Model

Work must be completed both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Supervision

Supervise 3-4 people.
