Tasks

1. Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
2. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
3. Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
4. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
5. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.).

Support for Indigenous People

Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations.

Supports for Visible Minorities

Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).
