You are responsible for submitting various reports related to grants, while developing business plans, smart templates, and multiple budgets required for submission to the development company. You represent the brand as the internal administrative head, ensuring that the owners can trust you with the necessary mandates to communicate the health and overall developments of the company.

Your responsibilities include working on reports for funding resubmissions and consolidating spreadsheets, as well as making presentations to the owner regarding expenses and projections for hiring talent within the production. As a finance manager for a development brand, you must take directions and possess strong English-speaking skills.

This position is for an outsourced worker who will be paid monthly and handle a range of responsibilities. You will collaborate with the brand's accountant to build the required documents and figures, while also securing financing to support the label's development center.

As the CFO, you will undertake various tasks to transform the production and support the owner in securing the right funding. We are seeking someone who wishes to grow with the brand for over a decade, capable of providing significant value. A big thinker and hard worker is essential, as getting the right talent can result in favorable opportunities.

Community development is a slow industry, but finding the right talents who can stay responsive and solve day-to-day issues is crucial for the growing economy. You will be responsible for creating various documents, operation plans, and evolving processes. This includes writing reports to stakeholders, invoicing, and representing the brand to clients, including artists, businesses, organizations, and promoters.

You will act as HR and admin, representing the owner while working with the local accountant to meet development and financing capabilities, as well as positioning the development company to secure commercial mortgages for large projects. You will also project the daily burn rate of the brand within its current assets and properties, exploring ways to generate capital within various departments.
