Welcome to Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge. Our Memory Care community specializes in caring for residents impaired by symptoms of early, middle, or late stages of Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia. It is the job of care staff to gently steer residents with their daily needs while helping keep their dignity intact.
Certified Nursing Assistants (Required by the Department of Health of Washington State: CNA License to be considered for this position) provide direct full care to residents following an individual service plan. Treats each resident with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
