As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and also offer medical laser and waxing hair removal services. We offer state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, effective computerized booking system, uniforms, linens, and professional products, as well as professional personal development courses tuition-free!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner.
2. Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
3. Explain treatment to clients before beginning.
4. Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials.
5. Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase.
6. Apply laser hair removal or waxing on hair removal clients.
7. Willingness to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines.
8. Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
9. Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date.

Qualifications:

1. Esthetic diploma or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of skincare lines and products.
3. Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset.
4. Outstanding and discreet customer service skills.
5. Schedule flexibility.
6. Strong team player.
