As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

We offer state of the art facilities and equipment, effective computerized booking system, PPE, uniforms, linens, and professional products, as well as professional personal development courses tuition-free.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
2. Explain treatment to the client before beginning and offer appropriate add-ons to enhance the experience.
3. Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials.
4. Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase.
5. Willingness to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines.
6. Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
7. Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Esthetic diploma or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of skincare lines and products.
3. Effective sales techniques and retail experience are an asset.
4. Outstanding and discreet customer service skills.
5. Schedule flexibility.
6. Strong team player.
