1. Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

4. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
5. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
6. Project management
7. Oversee the operation of company
8. Manage finances or budget

10. Prepare cost estimates
11. Identify and solicit potential clients

13. Organize and maintain inventory
