The Role:
- As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of dishes, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, while ensuring each item is cooked to the highest standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in plating and presentation, elevating each dish to a visually appealing and gastronomically satisfying experience
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare a diverse range of food items utilizing various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and more.
- Ensure all dishes adhere to our high-quality standards and proper portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation to facilitate smooth service operations.
- Comply with food safety regulations and presentation guidelines, upholding the highest standards of quality and visual appeal for every dish.
- Assist with food preparation during quieter periods and actively contribute to closing the kitchen at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure consistent meal quality.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience and 6 months in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers and team members.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation: $22/hour plus gratuities
