What might a typical day look like?

As a cashier, you will:

1. Punch and/or scan merchandise selected by the customer;
2. Ensure accuracy of prices punched/scanned and make cancellations according to established standards;
3. Handle cash and media (debit cards, cheques, etc.) and make deposits according to established policies;
4. Ensure the balance of the cash register and respect the productivity standards (sales/hours, punching/minute).
