This includes overseeing the preservation and restoration of historically significant structures, implementing innovative solutions for efficiency and sustainability, and ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to the work of parliamentarians and their staff. This involves overseeing such activities as facilities planning, real estate management, facilities operations, project delivery, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance management.
