Job Description
This position is responsible for achieving an important portion of Apple’s Telecom sales revenue target focusing on the iPhone business. The successful candidate will possess strong collaboration skills across many cross-functional teams and senior partners within Apple.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft effective customer value propositions and a compelling value network through eco-systems selling, overall account strategy, and opportunity-finding while maintaining an excellent relationship with our carrier partner up to C-level to develop a focused and productive alliance with Apple.
Keep abreast of market activities, account history, and emerging trends to build and capitalize on internal and external opportunities.
Support the Account Lead to develop tactical plans and activities with the carrier that will result in the successful achievement of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Accessories, and Apple Services sell-through targets.
Build effective long-term business plans to achieve strategic objectives across Apple product groups.
Collaborate in the development of growth programs, including demand generation initiatives and joint business planning for all Apple product lines, such as iPhones, Apple Watches, iPads, and Apple Services.
Responsible for GTM execution for all LOBs.
Steer operational meetings for the account.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and be an authority in understanding and driving sales through the carrier channels.
Develop growth initiatives and lead cross-functional teams within Apple and the Carrier to implement programs with perfection.
Continually collaborate with the partner carrier to uncover new business growth opportunities for an outcome where everybody wins.
Minimum Qualifications
Generally requires 8+ years of extensive account management experience in Canada.
Successful track record of growing business account relationships as a National or Global Account Manager at an OEM manufacturer or FMCG.
Deep understanding of the telecom business in Canada with a customer-focused consultative mindset to lead innovation.
Multiple retail channel management experience including channel development skills and the ability to interact at senior levels.

Promote innovation and new technology to further improve Apple's hardware performance and user experience.
