Are you an experienced Carpenter Superintendent with a passion for civil construction? Gulf Operators is seeking a skilled leader to oversee our carpentry crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. As a Carpenter Superintendent, you’ll coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure that all tasks meet company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands expertise in carpentry, teamwork, and communication.

• Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising carpentry teams in civil construction, with hands-on carpentry experience in concrete and formwork.

• Lead Site Operations – Supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Problem Solving – Collaborate with consultants, project engineers, and managers to address site challenges.
• Schedule Management – Help build and maintain project schedules, documenting daily activities in the Daily Diary.
• Ensure Efficiency & Quality – Oversee projects to guarantee they are conducted efficiently, effectively, and meet customer expectations.
• Mentorship – Coach and develop Foremen and Supervisors to enhance their skills and leadership abilities.
• Safety Compliance – Ensure all safety policies are followed, maintaining a secure and compliant job site.
