Carpenter

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work on various construction and renovation projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

Responsibilities:

1. Measure and cut wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications
2. Construct, install, and repair structural components such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing
3. Build, install, and repair cabinets, doors, windows, and other fixtures
4. Follow blueprints, sketches, and specifications to meet project requirements
5. Ensure all work is in compliance with building codes and safety standards
6. Work with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines
7. Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and clients
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum of 2 years)
2. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
4. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery
5. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
6. Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
9. High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or technical training preferred
10. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
