Who:

• Should be experienced already in a systems support engineer type of role which is focused on deployment solutions for customers, handling software releases, and resolving configuration issues.
• Self-motivated.
• Very important for this person to have an established work methodology, i.e., understands how to provide support with best practices and work very closely with other team members.

Top Skills:

• Strong at searching out ways to solve customer problems and configuration issues.
• Understanding of software development and some coding experience in C# and SQL (should at least know how to modify an 'if statement'; not looking for a software developer).
• Good communication skills and enjoys working with customers to solve problems.
