Ability to speak and write well in English needed. If you are detail oriented, like working 1-1 with clients, are dependable, honest, nurturing and fun loving you are just the right person. Job types available: part time. We have ongoing relevant educational training modules to help you grow in your knowledge while you work.

Requirements:

1. Smartphone savvy for use during shifts to clock in and out and do visit notes
2. Complete a criminal record check
3. Consistent job performance & attendance our clients can rely on
4. Reliable transportation
5. Professional demeanour and respectful attitude
6. Ability to perform basic housekeeping + meal prep tasks
7. Home support worker certification preferred (but not necessary)
8. Flexible availability
9. Previous caregiving and or elder care experience
10. 1+ personal references
11. Bonus: if you have your own car and you can drive!

Caregiver Tasks Include:

1. Meal prep + planning
2. Housekeeping (including laundry)
3. Personal care + hygiene
4. Medication routines
5. Dementia care
6. Quality time + companionship
7. Assistance with client pets (dogs + cats)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
