Captains

Bovine Wine Club, located at 65 Front Street West, Toronto, is currently looking for experienced Captains. Applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced fine dining service, including table-side preparation and a deep focus on every detail of the guest experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience
2. Extensive wine and cocktail knowledge
3. Excellent verbal or written communication skills
4. Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge pertaining to food, wine, and spirits.
5. Must be smart serve certified
6. Positive high energy individual
7. Ability to work within a close team dynamic
8. Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
9. Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
10. Must be able to legally work in Canada
