Cannabis Concierge/Delivery Driver (Must have drivers license)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time and part-time Cannabis Concierge / Delivery Driver. A license, evening, and weekend availability are required. In-store duties are expected when deliveries are light. Delivery drivers keep all tips from deliveries, and concierges keep all tips from in-store sales. A company car will be provided for deliveries while on shift.

Responsibilities

A Concierge supports the store leadership team through cultivating a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor – greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience.
• A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis.
• A desire to have fun, laugh, and support the customer and team member journey along the way.
• You must be at least the minimum required legal age in your province and be able to pass a police background check.
• Selling It Right certification.
• First Aid/CPR training is an asset (must be able to provide a current copy of the certificate).
• Driver's License is required for delivery shifts.

Salary: $19.50 per hour to start. Delivery Drivers keep all tips from delivery orders. Extended benefits are given to full-time employees after their 3-month probation period.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

• Cannabis Sales Associates: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
